Founder, Late Shri Neki Ram Gupta
Late Shri Neki Ram Gupta was born in the year 1909 in village Patti Kalyana (Haryana). After completing his school and college education, Shri Gupta joined the Indian Railways. He was actively involved in the freedom struggle of India and it is there, he felt the need of starting a news agency to provide daily trading prices of commodities to newspapers. The need was given shape and the journey started in the year 1950 with the formation of National News Service. The foundation of the most diversified media group was laid.
